September 30, 2011 -- New UK Star in Cassiopae Constellation
Software firm Cassiopae have swallowed up Field Solutions in bid to capture the UK asset finance market. The Paris-based specialist in finance software paid an undisclosed cash amount for 100% of the shares of Field Solutions and took ownership on 27 September. [more]

May 20, 2008 -- Cassiopae Software "Live" at Global Investment Bank in Asia and U.S.
Cassiopae announced that a large, global investment bank, has successfully converted its U.S. private wealth management loans to Cassiopae’s loan and lease management software. The bank’s highly-structured lending product was converted over a period of six months.  The project required integration with borrowers’ client statements and web sites.  The Cassiopae software enables the rapid processing of highly-complex loans previously managed by labor-intensive, costly workarounds to the bank’s legacy software system.  The bank has already realized considerable productivity gains and cost reductions from the conversion. The U.S. project took place following the successful conversion to Cassiopae of several thousand sub-performing and non-performing loans at the bank’s operations in Asia.  “These projects showcase Cassiopae’s unparalleled loan-product flexibility as well as its multi-country, multi-lingual, and multi-currency capability,” said Noel Webster, president of Cassiopae in the U.S.

March 20, 2008 -- Cassiopae Acquires ING Conseil
Cassiopae has acquired ING Conseil, developer of Serenity software.  The acquisition enables Cassiopae to extend the breadth of its industry-leading software, which manages loan and lease contracts, to include a 100% web-based, point-of-sales solution specialized for vendor finance.  Serenity’s functions will be integrated into Cassiopae’s new software solutions based entirely on Web 2.0 technology.

Serenity's notable features include a configurable component allowing automatic rating of financing requests and an integrated workflow providing the ability to manage requests from various distribution channels (bank agencies, suppliers, brokers, etc.).  Conceived by Jemil BenRomdhane, the pioneering Serenity software product was chosen in 2007 by an important European leasing company for its front-office operations.

June 19, 2007 -- BNP Paribas Développement Becomes Minority Stakeholder in Cassiopae
Cassiopae SAS, a global provider of enterprise asset finance software, today announced that BNP Paribas Développement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas, became a minority shareholder of Cassiopae.  BNP Paribas Développement is a private equity firm, specializing in providing growth capital to small caps.  The BNP Paribas subsidiary joins Avenir Enterprises as private equity investors in Cassiopae.  According to Emmanuel Gillet, President of Cassiopae SAS, “The quality of the investors interested in supporting the management team at Cassiopae speaks volumes about the quality of our products, services, and resources.  We look forward to continuing to add measurable value for our many clients and investment partners.”

October 19, 2006 -- Management Leads Successful Buy-Out of Cassiopae from EnableUs (Capmark)
On October 19, 2006 a combined group of French and US managers led the successful buy-out of Cassiopae from EnableUs (owned by Capmark). The team is led by Emmanuel Gillet, the former Managing Director of ORFI in Europe and Noel Webster, the former President of EnableUs (formerly McCracken). Cassiopae is headquartered in France and has operations in the US and in Japan. With its deep roots in international commercial lending for enterprise customers, Cassiopae provides a single solution for managing all asset-backed financing needs including leases, loans, commercial mortgage, and construction lending.
