Executive Biographies:
Sylvain Baré - Sylvain began his career as Organization and Infrastructure Director for Compaq France until 2002. Then he spent three years building his portfolio and furthering his expertise as General Director of Groupe Bazin. In 2005, Sylvain became Regional Director (Ile de France) and Director of all shared-ownership contracts for SERGIC. Two years later, Sylvain joined Cassiopae as the Director of Real Estate in Europe. Sylvain has 3rd cycle degree from the Institut de Gestion Sociale, and a degree in Electronic and Technological Engineering from the Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris.
Jemil Ben Romdhane - Jemil is a computer design engineer, graduating from the ENSI - Tunis in 1999. After years spent on various ERP implementation projects, he created a service company which developed several software solutions, including Serenity, a front/middle office leasing system that has been retained by a large European bank for equipping its leasing subsidiaries. He joined Cassiopae in 2007.
Bruno Delatte - Bruno began his career in 1986 as an applications developer, then joined ORFI in 1989 as project manager. He has held positions in development, support, and conversion for the company. Most recently, he played an active role alongside Emmanuel Gillet in the development of Cassiopae's new-generation software system. Bruno is now responsible for Cassiopae's delivery organization managing the development, support, functional conception, and testing teams. As Product Development Director, he is also spearheading the final stages of CASSIOPAE V4.
Emmanuel Gillet - After graduating from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris, Emmanuel began his career in 1994 at Andersen Consulting’s Paris office. Four years later, he left Andersen Consulting and joined ORFI, where he served as managing director from 2001-05. In 2005, Emmanuel became Managing Director/CEO of EnableUs Europe and successfully expanded EnableUs’s customer pool, staff, and revenue (exceeding 10 million euros in 2005). He also spearheaded the development of CASSIOPAE, the highly-configurable asset finance software whose name the company now bears.
Franck Jacovlev - Before joining Cassiopae in January 2003, Franck worked at Accenture for 7 years as Manager of Financial Services. His Accenture portfolio includes complex, large-scale implementation projects for Axa, Société Générale, and Groupe Caisse d’Epargne.
He now acts as Cassiopae's EMEA Market Director for Asset Finance. Franck has an engineering degree from Télécom Paris and a Masters degree in Fundamental Physics.
Eric Soyer - Before joining the Cassiopae team in January 2005, Eric Soyer began his career in 1993 at EDS, and then spent 10 years as Senior Manager of Financial Services at ACCENTURE. During his time at ACCENTURE, Soyer managed and executed an impressive portfolio of IT reconstruction projects for AXA France, AXA Seguros, GAN-Groupama, Cetelem, and Société Générale. He now serves as Consulting Services Director for Cassiopae. Soyer has an engineering degree from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique pour l’Entreprise et l’Industrie (IIE), a Masters degree in Information Systems, and a Masters degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce Audencia de Nantes.
Noel Webster - Noel recently served as President of EnableUs, the leading provider of origination-through-servicing software in the U.S. and Europe. Webster led the company's transition from a privately-owned, single-product, national company to a multiple-product enterprise with global reach. In 1998, he orchestrated the sale of McCracken to GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation. In 2003, Webster led McCracken's acquisition of ORFI in Europe, an acquisition that was key to the company's long-term strategy of becoming a global provider of end-to-end solutions for commercial and asset finance companies. Webster graduated from Cornell University.
Bor-Wen Yang - Bor-Wen joined CASSIOPAE in 2007, bringing significant experience in international business development and global project implementations to his position as APAC Market Director. His background includes a decade of experience with EnableUs (McCracken Financial Software) where he held several product development and project management roles before helping to launch EnableUs’ professional consulting services group in 2005. Fluent in four languages, Bor-Wen earned his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
